The Nephews...

Yesterday I spent a delightful morning and afternoon with my beautiful sister-in-law and my nephews, Kyle and Warren. I love them more than life itself, and I always am so happy to spend a few hours playing with them. I brought my camera and tried to capture some good moments, but they were few and far between. Warren never stops moving, and at a place like the Children's Museum, why should he? We had a delightful lunch at Hermann Park near the Houston Garden Club, and I went home with my heart bursting for these 2 little boys. What joy they bring! If only I could get them to sit still...

Will and Georgia - a new addition to the family

My good friends Todd and Sara just got a new dog, their first one since the birth of their adorable son, Will. I enjoyed taking pictures today of Will and Georgia on their 2nd afternoon together as a family.

Springtime on my Patio

Each year, I plant bulbs in the container garden I have on my patio. They always begin to shoot up around Valentine's Day, so by the beginning of March, the patio is awash in happy, inviting, and cheerful flowers. This year, I planted different kinds of daffodils and some tulips. They make me completely content.

New Hobby

I thought I'd secure a space in the cyberworld for my new hobby... photography. I will be filling it with pictures and photos that I take with my new camera as I hone my skills over time!
